Please note that the CNY holiday has begun so any pre-order enquiries and orders placed during the holiday period can only be processed once it is over (February 17th).

Please note that if you have questions in regard to returned watches for repair or other after-sale services, they will all be addressed once the CNY holiday is over (February 17th) since all factories and the post office are also on holiday.

If you feel that your enquiry is urgent and can be handled without a discussion with the factories or post office, you can send a new email with Subject URGENT and a short description of the matter. We will do our best to get back to you on it within a few days even during the holiday.
